cPanel (Control Panel)
cPanel is your website control panel, included with all accounts, and will allow you to administer nearly every aspect of your web hosting account. cPanel is the preferred control panel in the webmaster industry! 24/7 Technical Support
We have technical support staff across the globe, allowing us to offer full 24/7 support. Most support requests are responded to within an hour. The quickest form of support is through our Help Desk. First, it provides an audit trail of communication so that all the facts can be passed on to whomever may be working your problem. Second, it allow us to focus on fixing problems instead of answering the phone. Third, the audit trail allows us to objectively review the performance of our support team.

PHP 4+
PHP allows you to setup dynamic content on your site. Many scripts are included in cPanel, as well, that use PHP to make for dynamic, intuitive, and interesting content. More information can be found at PHP's official website: http://www.php.net

Perl 5+ (Perl Diver)
Perl allows you to host your own CGI/Perl-based content. CGI allows for extremely advanced, dynamic content, to be used with your website. More information on Perl can be found here: http://www.perl.org.

Secured PHP/CGI Setup
All of our servers are running a secured PHP & CGI setup. This includes many things, however, mainly involves execution of your scripts, under your own username. This way, you may keep your files from being world-writable, to keep other sites from modifying your content. This also includes PHP openbasedir protection, limiting all PHP scripts on the server, from doing anything outside of their user's home directory, thus, keeping your home directory safe from view.

MySQL 4+
MySQL is a database backend used in many dynamic scripts. It can be administered via phpMyAdmin, and is a rather robust database. Possibilities range from News Systems, Forums, to huge Business databases storing customer information for dynamic output. More information can be found at http://www.mysql.org.

phpMyadmin
phpMyAdmin can be used to administer all aspects of your MySQL databases. More information can be found at http://www.phpmyadmin.net.

Frontpage Extensions
Frontpage Extensions can be controlled from within your cPanel interface, and will allow you to connect, upload, and modify your site, via Microsoft Frontpage.

FTP Access
FTP allows for the uploading of your files via an FTP client such as FlashFXP, WSFTP, Cute FTP, and BulletProof FTP. FTP access unlimited and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Access to raw log files
Via the cPanel interface, you may view and/or download raw logs of your website's usage.

WebMail - SquirrelMail and Horde
SquirrelMail and Horde provide interfaces for checking E-Mail via an Internet browser. You will be able to access the webmail clients at your desired domain name, such as: http:// www. domain-name .com/webmail and securely by logging into your control panel.

POP3 Access
POP3 allows for you to check your E-Mail messages via an E-Mail client, such as Microsoft Outlook Express, Eudore, or Netscape Mail.

IMAP Support
IMAP is another E-Mail protocol, such as POP3, which can be used to easily synchronize your E-Mail accounts across separate computers and mail clients.

MIME Types Access
MIME type access will allow you to, easily, setup .html files to parse as PHP, or .eee to parse as CGI, etc.

Apache Handler Access
Apache handlers are similar to MIME types, allowing your site to execute a file with an odd extension, as PHP or CGI.

Ability to Modify MX Entry
The ability to modify your MX entry can be used to easily use third-party E-Mail services for your E-Mail, if desired, such as: http:// www. everyone .net.

Webalizer Website Stats
Webalizer website statistics generate an easy-to-understand readout of your website's usage. More information can be found here: http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/.

AwStats Site Statistics
AwStats site statistics generate a very robust layout of your website's usage, among many other items related to your site. More information can be found here: http://awstats.sourceforge.net

Port 25 & 26 SMTP Service
Port 25 SMTP service will allow you to send E-Mails using your site as your outgoing mail server. Some ISP's, however, block port 25, to try to keep their users from using outside mail servers. * We also have port 26 opened for SMTP access, just in case you're running on one of those ISP's. Unfortunately, there is one ISP that also blocks port 26. Earthlink users will need to use their ISP-assigned mail servers. * Please contact us to enable port 26 for your website.

Addon and Parked Domains
You can add as many addon and parked domains to your accounts as you wish. Addon domains will be separate sites which can be managed within one control panel and parked domains will present the same site as your main domain by using other domain names.

FTP Accounts
You may setup as many FTP accounts as you'd like, allowing you to give FTP access to friends. In conjunction with Addon Domains, you cannot give out hosting to your friends, and allow them to update their site on their own.

E-Mail Accounts
You can setup as many E-Mail accounts within your site as you wish. However, the E-Mail that is stored within the mailboxes setup, will consume space and go to bandwidth within your hosting plan.

E-Mail Forwards
You may setup as many E-Mail forwarders are you'd like. This allows one E-Mail address to server as a redirection to another E-Mail address. (i.e., someone @ domain-name .com will deliver E-Mail to your-in-box @ yahoo .com)

E-Mail Responders
You may setup as many E-Mail Auto-Responders as you'd like. An auto-responder will automatically send an E-Mail back to anyone that sends you an E-Mail.

Subdomains
You can setup as many subdomains as you'd like. This will allow you to send users to http://forums.domain.com instead of http://www.domain.com/forums/.

Password Protected Directories
Within cPanel is an administration interface for password protecting directories, thus, allowing you to setup login usernames and passwords, with ease.

Custom Error Pages
Within cPanel, you can modify your site's 400, 401, 403, 404, and 500 error pages. Thus, allowing you to forward any users that get an error within your site, or try to load a page that doesn't exist, to your main page.

Online File Manager
Within cPanel is a File Manager, used to modify, remove, and create files within your web space.

Server Side Includes
Server side includes are enabled, allowing you to present the contents of one file, within another. SSI can be used to make updating your website very easy, allowing you to separate header files, table contents, etc., into separate files.

Spam Box
This feature allows emails identified as spam by SpamAssassin to be delivered to a separate mail folder named "spam".

Backup Utility
From within cPanel, you can easily download a backup of your website and MySQL databases. You may also send a backup off to an FTP server, if desired.

ImageMagick & NetPBM
ImageMagick & NetPBM allow for dynamic image manipulation within your PHP and CGI scripts.

Cron Jobs
Cron Jobs can be used to run scripts at certain intervals, such as: every night, every 20 minutes, etc.

Spam Assassin (Spam Protection) + ClamAV (Virus Protection)
SpamAssassin can be toggled on or off via cPanel. SpamAssassin will notify an E-Mail user if a received message is possibly spam. SpamAssassin checks against known spam E-Mail formatting, to determine the E-Mails possibility as spam. Along side Spam Assassin we run ClamAV which prevents most viruses being delivered to your inbox.

Shared SSL
Shared SSL is available for users that need a secure connection to their website. A shared URL is formatted in this manner: https://warriorhelp.com/~username/

HotLink Protection
Hotlinking is when a user links directly to one or more of your images or files and includes them on their website. HotLink Protection allows you to create rules to prevent this from happening.

Directory Index Manager
The Directory Index Manager will allow you to turn indexes on or off for a directory. If indexes are off, your website visitors will not be able to see what files are in a directory if the directory does not have an index file.

IP Deny Manager
This feature will allow you to block a range of IP addresses to prevent them from accessing your site.

Unique IP Address
A unique IP address is required only if you plan to use your own SSL certificate. Accounts that do not include a unique IP address are basically the same in terms of content, speed and reliability. *Additional fees apply for a unique IP*.

Domain ID Protection
Did you know that current ICANN regulations require that your Private contact information (WhoIs Info) be included in a publicly accessible Database? This means that your private information is displayed and made available to anyone who wants to see it, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Now you can protect your private WhoIs information by switching your "public" domain registration to a "private" unlisted registration through WarriorHelp's ID Protect. Your domain must be registered with us and additional fees apply for this feature.

Full SSL Support
A secure connection means two things: encryption and authentication. Encryption ensures that no one can snoop the connection between the browser and your server; authentication ensures the client, through a certificate, that the server is who they say they are.
